Carried out by Microsoft Chile and the UC Innovation Center, this study takes a different work perspective, specifically reviewing the growth possibilities offered by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, emphasis is placed on the opportunities of digital transformation as a way to enable economic reactivation in the short term and increase the competitiveness of companies in the medium and long term.
The document revealed seven thematic areas, which are broken down into 21 important gaps, which affect the transformation capacity of organizations. Of these, four work areas were prioritized, broken down into 14 gaps.
By prioritizing this information, potential clusters of related topics were formed, both in impact and in content, in such a way that the proposals were prioritized and grouped into a portfolio of seven packages of strategic impact projects.
With this robust and concrete portfolio, the challenge of exploring the implementation options through collaboration between the different actors of the ecosystem begins.
